i’ve had mint on the brain lately. i recently purchased a juicer and am excited about trying new recipes. i’ve been pretty unadventurous so far (carrots, celery, kale, apples…), but i am a little hesitant to start using the herbs. don’t get me wrong, i love me some mint colored denim and i brush with mint toothpaste every day, but i am just not down with mint in my food, you guys. do any of you juice? is there a recipe or two that you love to pieces and wouldn’t mind sharing?

carrot + apple + ginger is my all time favorite – i’m kind of in a juice rut . . . its the only one i’ve made lately!
what brand of juicer did you get, and where is it from? my roommate owns the juicer I use and I’ve got to buy a replacement soon when its time to move!
