the geometry of pasta
i love when food + design come together. my favorite places to eat tend to have great aesthetics and i choose my wine by how the label looks. it’s a little silly and may have a lot to do with the fact that i am a designer, but i believe that great visuals makes for a great product.
the geometry of pasta is a super cute book of all things, you guessed it – pasta. pasta for me as a child usually meant angel hair noodles with preggo. and then i spent a semester abroad in italy and my eyes were opened to a world of culinary possibilities. my fave is pesto gnocchi or pretty much anything with truffle oil or browned butter. mmmm carbs. seriously though, this book will not only knock your socks off with how pretty it is, but it is also functional. weird concept, right? check out some of the recipes here!
