color confessions
this morning i was contemplating what to wear in my dark hole of a closet (note to self: buy light bulbs) and realized i had been neglecting my black. this was not a conscious decision, i just tend to go for lighter shades in the summer. this lanca perfume campaign is exactly the color palette i’ve been digging lately.
i did wind up putting on a black shirt today though, just for kicks. i’ve been experimenting with bold color and pattern lately, but i have a seriously love for black that i do not see dying anytime soon. do you have a certain color you gravitate towards or are you all about color equality in the closet?
Love the colour palette of these, the gold and the blues/aquas.
I tend to gravitate to lots of blacks and greys in my wardrobe too. Slowly but surely, the bright colours have gotten weeded out over the years.Funny that.
I actively try to mix it up – which isn’t as always as it seems. I keep realizing there are some colors of the rainbow I just don’t have enough options of – like yellow, and green. I definitely have the most reds, whites, and blacks.
