last week i got myself a cynthia rowley purse and let me tell you – i am so in love with the style/color/quality/space. she is one of my favorite designers and turns out she has a breathtaking home and two young daughters with cool style and even cooler names (kit and gigi). take a little peek into the rowley home here at the glow.

pattern is my biggest source of inspiration for my work. i love repetition and genius color combinations. i dream of having my own textile line one day. but for now, i am awed by the work of others who have succeeded with flying colors. john robshaw textiles is a beautiful line of indian and asian inspired fabrics. john is actually quiet the inspiration himself. read his story here.

my best friend got engaged over the holidays. i am so happy for them i could burst. she’s really the first person close to me that i will be able to help plan a little bit of the big day. now i have an excuse to pin fun wedding things!

i couldn’t help but become obsessed with yolan cris’ 2012 bridal collection, lumiere. how amazing is that styling?

the illustrations on caroline’s blog, it looks good to me are quite darling. i like that she’s not afraid to push color outside them lines.
