i’ve had mint on the brain lately. i recently purchased a juicer and am excited about trying new recipes. i’ve been pretty unadventurous so far (carrots, celery, kale, apples…), but i am a little hesitant to start using the herbs. don’t get me wrong, i love me some mint colored denim and i brush with mint toothpaste every day, but i am just not down with mint in my food, you guys. do any of you juice? is there a recipe or two that you love to pieces and wouldn’t mind sharing?
